RETURN POLICY
1. Khadijah Return Policy
Items to be returned within seven (7) days of purchase from the Khadijah online store (www.khadijah.com.sg) or from any of our physical stores.
YOU MAY RETURN FOR EXCHANGE:
All items must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn.
All items must be returned in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging, price tags, and labels.
Items that are damaged, marked or found to have manufacturing error are acceptable for return and exchange. The replacing item (in good condition) or other items with the same purchased value will be returned to the customer.
Items purchased do not fit the customer.
YOU MAY NOT RETURN FOR EXCHANGE:
Accessories such as face masks, head inners, hand & feet socks are not returnable unless due to a manufacturing defect.
Wrong washing, storing, or ironing methods that may cause product damage will not be entertained.
Pre-ordered items.
Sale items, collaboration items and purchases made with discount coupons are not returnable, exchangeable & refundable.
Damaged, soiled, washed, altered, and worn item(s) are not returnable.
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE PROCESS:

Email us at info@khadijah.com.sg with your order id # using the subject header "Exchange Items".
Our online working hours on Monday to Friday are from 10:30 am to 6:00pm, except Public Holidays.
Emails sent outside these hours will be replied to on the next working day. Rest assured any inquiries will be answered.
IN-STORES (Geylang - Tanjong Katong - Joo Chiat)
If the tags are still attached and the items are in an unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition, the returns will be accepted for product exchange.
Proof of purchase must be presented at the cashier counter.
Items return or exchange must be at the same outlet of purchase within seven (7) days.
Items are in the original condition with price tag and label.
Items are not damaged, washed, stained or altered.
